SEOUL: The first inter-Korean military talks for two years ended without progress Thursday after Seoul demanded Pyongyang apologise for the deadly sinking of a warship, Yonhap news agency reported.
Seoul's defence ministry confirmed the talks were over but had no further immediate comment. Yonhap, quoting a ministry official, said the two sides failed to set a date for another round of talks.
