[India Today] The Indian Navy is hoping to have individual say in running the nuclear submarine INS Chakra, which will be under the strategic forces command. The strategic forces command is jointly run by the army, air force and the navy. The Akula class nuclear sub, to be acquired from Russia on a 10- year lease, is expected to be delivered to India in six to eight months.
