[Ajai Shukla] India’s home-built {ln:mbt-arjun 'Arjun tank} has emerged a conclusive winner from its showdown with the Russian {ln:t-90s-main-battle-tank 'T-90}. A week of comparative trials, conducted by the army at the Mahajan Ranges, near Bikaner in Rajasthan, has ended; the results are still officially secret. But Business Standard has learned from multiple sources who were involved in the trials that the {ln:mbt-arjun 'Arjun tank} has outperformed the {ln:t-90s-main-battle-tank 'T-90} on every crucial parameter.

[PTI] The Army is likely to place more orders for indigenous DRDO-developed {ln:arjun 'Arjun tanks} after completion of the comparative trials it would be put through with the Russian-origin T-90 tanks later this year. “After completion of the comparative trials between {ln:arjun 'Arjun} and T-90s.
